Selling Time

Selling Time by Dennis E. Brown is what I've been looking for. Having been in radio sales for a number of years, I have sttruggled with cold call fears. Selling Time gives me the answers to be successful in selling and servicing client's needs. I highly recommend it to the new and veteran radio sales executive.

Not relevant in 2015! But I recommend another author.

No offense to the author but the one star rating was merciful. This book is outdated and should not be offered as viable information for selling advertising. Referencing using the phone book and "yellow pages" in 2015; enough said about the book. If you're new to sales, I highly recommend books by David Sandler sold on this site.

Good book with a lot of useful and proactive strategies and tips.

Excellent book. I have been selling radio time as an Account Executive part time for about five years. The book had some great tips that I was overlooking and am now implementing with better selling success. The book can easily be read in one evening but the information you glean will last throughout your career!
