If You Want Happy Repeat Customers, Read This Book!

Just received this outstanding book on customer service, it is so helpful, that I ordered more, one for each of my team members. I want my entire team and their people to be as inspired as I am right now from reading 501 Ways to Roll Out the Red Carpet. Making a great first impression is important but it is the consistency with which you continue to treat your clients and customers after that, that makes all the difference in the world.
I really loved this book. Ms. Cutting shows you how to put ideas into action. It is easy to talk about how you want things to be around the conference table, saying and doing are two different things. I know we will have great success implementing the interesting ideas and tools within our company. I am practically giddy with excitement to get started working on Ms. Cutting's brilliant ideas.
Not only am I looking forward to seeing the results in sales and customer loyalty but I am truly looking forward to seeing our team members happy and successful. A happy sales team and happy customers, that is true success!

I love the way many ideas are presented

WOW, what an incredibly rich book, full of not only ideas to roll out the red carpet for customers, but also how to implement them - which is just as important as the ideas themselves. I love the way many ideas are presented, with various steps outlined, to help readers see how one builds on another to continue delighting customers every step of the way. I also love the fact that the employee side of the equation is included, since there can be no red carpet customer service without employees being fully engaged in the process. With so many ideas included in one place, you won't ever have to worry about running out of new ways to delight your customers OR your employees. I've already highlighted and made note of lots of new ideas to try myself!

Very practical tips here that don't cost a lot to implement. I was surprised at the number of businesses represented and the creativity in their approach to serving customers. Specific suggestions contained like a hospice honoring service men and women or how to uniquely welcome guests to your business. Just the innovating and implementing of many of these strategies seems to foster an added benefit of improving team relations. Had a corporate social responsibility tone as well. So good I bought it to send to one of my clients.
